Great experience, kept me up to date while my vehicle was getting repaired and I was able to use a loaner car in the mean time!

My visit to Ruffing for an oil change included a very thorough check of my car. The current condition of fluid levels, tire wear, brakes, etc. were explained to me before I left. It gave me the ability to know exactly what condition my car was in and plan ahead for future items.

Truly an amazing service experience, my truck came in with no AC and left blowing cold! They explained everything in detail each step of the way!

Nothing rough about Ruffing Automotive! We limped our Yukon in leaking fluids the day before a big trip and even though we ultimately needed the radiator replaced they knew our schedule and turned it around just in time! Even gave us a courtesy vehicle which was a much needed surprise. Thank you Ruffing!

I had a muffler that I felt was loud and needed a serpentine belt replaced at some point and the muffler noise was bugging me and I had a trip to Madison for State Wrestling coverage for my job a few days later. Took my car into Ruffing and they got that done in a day. They also did some other repairs prior for me a different time. It was awesome that they got the muffler and belt done that quickly. Nate was also a nice person to talk to.
