First time going to Ruffing Auto. Amy was extremely helpful getting my truck looked at and fixed in a timely fasion. They actually had a loaner vehicle for me to use which was awsome to hear...every other place I have gone to in the past, there were always no loaners available. Truck was fixed, and I was not pressured into buying other unnecessary add ons like other places do. I will definitely be back when needed.

We are out-of-towners who just had the best experience with Ruffing over the Christmas holiday. We had car issues (battery) in Minneapolis right before heading to the Appleton area for the holiday. We were able to jump the vehicle and crossed our fingers as we started our journey to my parents’ house on 12/23. Ruffing was able to get us in to deal with the battery issue and other maintenance issues we’ve been putting off. The communication and friendliness over a holiday stood out as factors that make this business exceptional, in my mind. Highly recommend to locals and travelers like us who need a vehicular fix. I only wish that we had the same comfort in our local shop back home in Minnesota! If we have the opportunity to use them again while in the area, we will!

They originally told me that a part may take up to 7-10 business days. But my vehicle was ready in a few days. I liked that they had a rental I was able to use for free.
