Nothing rough about Ruffing Automotive! We limped our Yukon in leaking fluids the day before a big trip and even though we ultimately needed the radiator replaced they knew our schedule and turned it around just in time! I had a muffler that I felt was loud and needed a serpentine belt replaced at some point and the muffler noise was bugging me and I had a trip to Madison for State Wrestling coverage for my job a few days later. Took my car into Ruffing and they got that done in a day. They also did some other repairs prior for me a different time. It was awesome that they got the muffler and belt done that quickly. Nate was also a nice person to talk to.
