Like I told them I went to places closer to where I live because I was to have knee surgery in Green Bay the next day and couldn't go far because of the covid rules. Had electrical issues with our van and called them up and was able to get us In same day and and other shops were out a week to get in. Told them a little bit about issue and wanted the bad parts back never had to ask they had them bagged up and waiting. Will definitely be back for other services that I need

Everyone there is customer focused and professional. My older vehicle had been deemed a " basket case" by another shop due to the vehicle age and didnt think any shops worked on older a/c units any longer. Ruffing had my Suburban converted over to modern freon in less than a week and was able to save the original major components saving me money. I love their long long warranty on repairs. Another nice touch was their expert inspection of all major vehicle functions to insure I'm safe traveling in my 1988 vehicle.
