Amy is very friendly and she informs you of any issues the technicians may run into and the waiting area is very clean. I also appreciate the follow up texts making sure everything was great.

I was in town visiting for Christmas. A problem arose with my car I wanted to have fixed before I drove home. Ruffing Automotive was recommended. They were able to get my car in, diagnose what was wrong and make the repairs. I was very happy with the customer service I received and the work that was done. I will be moving to the Appleton area in the near future and plan to use Ruffing for any repairs and all normal maintenance of my car.

I’ve been there twice now for an oil change. I found them on google with high ratings so I gave them a try. I will not be going anywhere else, they are so kind and knowledgeable. Their waiting room is very nice, they have snacks, drinks, coffee and WiFi. The people at the counter are just so nice and make me feel very welcome. Going into an auto shop can be nerve wracking but they make me feel very comfortable. They come and give me updates on where they’re at with my car and give me a run down on my car as well. They even wiped off and vacuumed the front of my car, and left goodie bags on my steering wheel. I highly recommend them.

Brought my car and my wife’s car in for an oil change. Very happy with the service and would definitely be going back. The entire team is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. When you get your car back you’ll find a little care package, mine had candy and an air freshener. These are put together by hand, not bought in bulk. Just good to see that added little personal touch to an already amazing experience.
