I had a great experience with Ruffing Automotive Services. I had a flat and nobody I called couldn't get me in . Like I told them I went to places closer to where I live because I was to have knee surgery in Green Bay the next day and couldn't go far because of the covid rules. But I know now where to go for good service and friendly people and a place that will help someone out that's in a jam.

Everyone there is customer focused and professional. My older vehicle had been deemed a " basket case" by another shop due to the vehicle age and didnt think any shops worked on older a/c units any longer. Ruffing had my Suburban converted over to modern freon in less than a week and was able to save the original major components saving me money. I love their long long warranty on repairs. Another nice touch was their expert inspection of all major vehicle functions to insure I'm safe traveling in my 1988 vehicle. Peace of mind and having a company that cares and stands behind their work. Look no farther - they are the real McCoy.
