Troy arranged for Ricks Towing to have my car towed to Ruffing Auto cause my car was completely dead. They did an inspection and found I needed a new battery, cause the old one would not hold a charge. Also Troy recommended a few things that should be done, so I had them do it. They also applied one of their coupons which really helped me out a lot. I am very gracious and appreciate them and there service. Highly recommend Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

I cannot say enough about Ruffing automotive! They were there for us when we had a flat tire and the roadside assistance was going to be 3+ hours before they could help us. Awesome shop! Very professional, friendly and honest! Brought my truck in for break inspection and I also had a noise while driving. I dropped my truck off thrusday night using the drop box and by Friday at 10am they called me back with what the found. The explained to me what I should fix and what I could wait on if I couldnt afford it all at once. They were not pushy and I thought the quote was very fair for the work they were doing. I had my truck back buy Monday at 3. They worked super fast! I would absolutely recommend using there services !

They were able to get my Town and Country van in for service very quickly. They were very professional and friendly. They called with diagnostic info and quote, and had it repaired by end of day. I am a very happy customer.
