This is one of the worst places I have ever had car work done they ripped me off on a part that I found out costs $110.00 at most and charged me $250.00 for that same part , and then they over charged me for labor , I have never had this kind of bad service before I don't recommend this to anybody if you want to throw your money away , I will never go back there ever again ! Mick

I’ve searched our system several times and can’t see where we’ve ever worked with a person with this name, or a similar name. I’m not able to find anyone to contact about any issues. I Googled the name and only find a Hollywood actor, or people who don’t live in the US. Google has been notified of the matter. If you truly are a customer of the Ruffing Automotive in WI (we are not related to the Pittsburgh, PA one) please call us.

Did a great job. Accurate quote, multipoint inspection, told me everything wrong and what needed fixing now. Highly recommend and we will be going back.

They do a great job on there work.While I'm not a huge fan of there prices in not one that usually takes cars to a mechanic for that reason but the work is good and there quick and all the staff is very helpful . Overall would be happy to do business with again.
