Professional, efficient, friendly service. I called on a Monday morning with a vehicle problem. They fit me in that day, provided a loaner and I was driving my vehicle again by 4pm. Can't ask for more than that.

Loaner car is best option. From the moment I entered the lobby, I felt welcomed! Honesty is the best policy and I enjoy that. I will trust this shop for my auto needs. Although I am not completely satisfied with the work that was done because I still have the squeaking that I paid a lot to get rid of.

I have a trailer that needed new tires 15 years ago and I called around to find used tires for it. No place had the size I needed. I called a different place that sold new tires but could not change the tires if they were still on the trailer. The lug nuts were rusted on and I could not break the lug nuts loose. I called on Ruffing Automotive in Good Friday and Joe said they could do it. He ordered the tires and said it should be done on Monday. It was and they look grand the trailer rode smooth. Thanks for the fast and friendly service!

Best service around! They tell you what's wrong with your vehicle and let you decide what to fix. Never pushy. They always get me in when it works for me, and will provide a loaner vehicle for free if need be, no questions asked. I will never take my vehicles anywhere but here!

Very happy with my experience. Called, got an oil change appointment for the next day, provided me with a loaner car! Mentioned a few "noises" and Jeff took a ride with me and said they would check it out. Texted me with updates (love this because I wasn't interrupted at work with phone calls and didn't need to return a call - called when it worked for me). Issues fixed. Very trustworthy good organization. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

There ended up being a lot more to my repair than I had thought! They took the time to be sure it had been throughly run through and all the issues were addressed and prioritized into must do and can be done later lists. The joys of driving a vehicle for a life time but they made it easier to manage!! They also fixed what I came in for without charging to evaluate what I asked them to fix like another shop I had gone to prior to them for the same repair I am certainly happy I decided to leave that shop and go to Ruffing Automotive!! When problems came up Jeff stepped in to make sure it was all resolved in a reasonable fashion for both of us! Thank you Jeff and team I surely will be back!! And will continue to recommend you to my friends and family!!

Amazing costumer service! Honestly, I don’t remember the last time we had such amazing costumer service. Jeff and his team made sure everything on our truck was working great before taking it on our family trip! Even got a text a few days later asking if everything was still going good on our truck! I could totally tell he cared about his costumers! Will be bringing our vehicles back to ruffing automotive always!!! Thank you again Jeff!

We moved to Kaukauna little over a year ago and wanted some place close to home vs going to the other side of Appleton. Ruffing Automotive is within walking distance. So my husband and I decided to give them a try. I'm glad we did! Technicians are very nice, explain so that I (being a girl and all) understand. Staff is very nice. I've had other work done there as well other than oil changes. I needed a new drive shaft. Jeff spent many hours looking for one for my car. They even gave me a loaner. I feel Jeff went above and beyond for me. When I don't understand, they have no problem speaking with my husband about the situation. Thank you Ruffing Automotive.
