Price was below the other shop I was at, they were more honest as to what needed to be done, They mentioned that this particular shop I was at had over estimated estimates to other customers before and I wasn't the first customer to mention it. I will refer them them to other people.

I have been going to Ruffing Automotive Service for the last 8 years. I like working with Jeff Ruffing. He is honest and down to earth. His recommendations are based on what needs to be done and he will always tell me if something can be put off for a while. I can always get my vehicle in and even get a courtesy vehicle if needed. He makes me feel like a family member is taking care of my vehicles.
