Ruffing got my van in immediately and worked quickly to diagnose and fix the problem. The rates they charged were best in the valley. I was in contact with Joe and he was very professional and kind. He was able to walk me thru all the fixes. He was not pushy and explained everything very well. I will be taking my vehicles back for any routine maintenance or major repairs.

I was super happy with the professionalism from all the staff at Ruffing. They found a long standing electrical problem in my older car and went the extra mile to locate the part.
