I made an appointment request on line on a Sunday afternoon for my disabled vehicle. That Sunday night I was contacted by Joe (working on a Sunday night?) and he advised me that he would contact me first thing Monday morning. I was stressing as not only was my car not driveable, I needed a tow. Joe contacted me before 800a.m. and a tow truck was here by 9a. Exceptional. Joe kept in touch with me the entire day with honest repair quotes and recommendations. Never pushy. What I thought was real classy was that Joe contacted me the next day to thank me for using Ruffing Auto. In this day and age I think customer service is a lost talent. Joe changed my mind on this. 5 star quality customer service. I will use them again. You should too,

Quality customer service from start to finish. Friendly, not pushy. They kept in touch with me the entire time. Very efficient. 5 stars. Use them, you'll be happy.

They got me in right away when everyone else was 10 to 14 days out, Diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it at a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will be back!

I’m very satisfied with what was done to my car. It had a radiator flush recently and then also oil change and tire rotation. They are a top-notch five-star place to have Work done on your car.

I can't think of a better place to take my vehicles when they need service! Ruffing treats me with the utmost respect. They are FAIR and reasonably priced! The fact they have loaner vehicles if needed is an added benefit! The staff is awesome! So glad I found them!
