Being a college student with a non-functioning car and way out-of-state plates, I was a pretty easy target for a repair shop looking to squeeze more money out of someone. I’m so glad I was recommended to this place, they were able to diagnose and fix my problem, along with other car repairs, for less than I thought just the main issue would cost. Highly recommend.

Had a charging problem on my ‘63 Nova. Called Jennie in scheduling. “Sure. Drop it off & we’ll work you in today. I’ll get u a Courtesy Car.” Dropped it @8:30 …done by 2:30. Bad wiring on the alternator. Fixed it. Very reasonable cost…..but more importantly was Jennie’s service & positive attitude. Mr. Ruffing please give Jennie a raise … NOW🤣 Great Team. Thank you.

Thank you for your quick and excellent work on our Yukon! We traveled through the area on our road trip when we experienced an issue with our shock absorbers. We called Ruffing Automotive and they took us in the very next morning, giving us a loaner for the day while they fixed our car. They handled everything with our insurance and saved us quite a bit of money. So thank you for your great help!

They didn't have enough people to go get a part needed for the repair of my vehicle. Chris volunteered to personally go and pick it up so that the repair could be done Friday afternoon instead of having to wait until Monday. That small gesture from Chris changed my whole weekend, and allowed me to have my Jeep back to enjoy the sunny weekend weather! I would definitely recommend working with Ruffing Automotive.
